I am teaching several members of a eagle scout troop, as well as others, to reload ammunition. I would like examples of cases (rather than pictures) to explain the inspection process. I need a belted magnum case, a semi rimed case, and a rebated rimed case. Also examples of pierced primers, extremely flattened primers, and any damaged cases. I have scraped all the ones I have come across over the years and I don‘t want to intentionally make more. Anyone willing to send me some? PM me, Thanks.

i got ya covered buddy

I wasn't a scout but I sure do have respect for the folks who were, and even more for the folks who are working with the scouts. Im pretty sure I can cover every base you just mentioned, and possibly more, especially if you are willing to take a few pieces of handgun brass in the mix to help show some of the signs of failure. Send me your address in a PM and I will scrape together a collection for you.

Post up what he sends you and I may be able to add to it. I was an Eagle (1972) and later on, a Scoutmaster. Would be proud to help.

I just ran across a .243 with a folded neck from the factory. It was in my once fired brass. I'll send that, I've got some .500 magnum for a semi rimed cartridge. Pm me your address . I'll try to get them out soon, work is hectic though!
