Grand Power 45

A buddy of mine has a grand power 9mm. Cool rotating barrel. Nice fit and finish. Thinking of getting the 45 auto as a range toy. Anyone have any direct experience they'd like to share.

No shooting experience, but noticed used values for 9x19 Grand Powers in excellent shape are just over $300. Get used .45 Beretta with rotating barrel that way you woun't get "massacred" should you not like gun and decided to sell.

I have the GP 40 in 10mm which I believe is the same frame size as the .45 is. Love it, recoil is less than traditional guns and the brass is thrown much less.

Has the mag dropping out problem been solved? I'm interested in a 10mm but reluctant due to the mag problem.

I don't really know. Mine did it once or twice when I first got it and never happened again. Others have never had the issue.
