I recently purchased a mint S&W 34-1 from a friend, which had a set of Pachmayr gripper grips along with the original factory grips. The rubber grips was missing the screw, so I emailed Pachmayr inquiring how I could obtain one. To my surprise, I was immediately contacted and informed that they would send one to me w/out charge. It arrived two days later! What a great company in a time when most would have trivilized my request or charged some kind of fee. Please keep this company in mind when you are thinking of buying some "working" grips in order to save the original factory set.:)

I had a similar experince with Springfield Armory, I send acard in to order extra magazines and a few odds and ends. They called me up and told me a set of sights would not work, would I like a couple of extra magazines.

Redding

I had a similar situation with Redding recently. I lost (and I admitted it) the seating stem for a set of dies. I emailed Redding and had the new seating stem in about a week, at no charge.

Customer service like that makes a customer for life.

Dillon Precision is another one that comes to mind.
