not to me... the frame says it's neither 1866 nor 1873...

in the 1866 and 1873, the frame follows the stock line.. here we have a more angled frame..

If it is not "Photoshopped", why is there a window standing in front of a window behind Harry Britton and Charlie Chaplin? The shadows there don't look correct, either.
Shadow on Napoleon III falls forward on the step, shadow for Tsar Alexander should fall on the column behind him similar to Bat's shadow on Butch, Wyatt does not cast a shadow on the column he is "leaning" against.

I like the photo anyway, tho.

Cool photo, but there are too many artifacts in it (shadows in opposition) for it to be authentic. If any part of it is shown to be doctored then all of it is in question. Sorry to be a kill joy.
