A quick look at this board indicates that there are 14,000 active users and close to 65,000 members.

We have alot of work do do here in Califorina. A few big issues would be a RKBA propostion and CCW reform to a shall issue system.

I'm of the mindset that we have to say enough is enough, draw the line, stand our ground and go on the offensive.

People who are here in Calfornia must commit both toime and money.

If you are in California, please consider posting an honest comment on wheter you will or won't get involved and why.

If you are out of California, please consider posting wheter you would or wouldn't send financial support to help fight the battle.

There are no right or wrong answers. In many areas we have inertia and this is something we have to break.

Posts that really would be helpful would be honest posts of why you are not getting involved.

I believe many people are not involved because they don't see how they can help or they don't want to find themselves dragged into deeper commitments than they are willing to commit to.

I don't really know where to start. I send letters when I can, but aside from that, have no real idea what to do.

I lived in Los Angeles for 35 years, and was very active in fighting the anti-guns "progressive socialist fascists" who have taken over the State. I am a Life Member of the California Rifle And Pistol Association. I still donate money to them, and will again.

Wolf, what you should do is join the Calif. Rifle & pistol Assoc. That way you will get bulletins each month as to what is taking place on a legislative basis, plus you'll then be able to "fight back."

a relative of mine lives in 29palms... i asked him once how he could live in a state full of doo-good ninnies (the hollywood types)... his reply "heh, im one good earthquake away from living on beach front property in a red state"

i guess i couldnt argue with that logic... maybe praying to the big one is ya'lls best bet

Thanks for those websites. I will join right away. I'm young, turning 20 next month, so what happens in the coming years has a huge affect on me after college.

It is not an easy fight here in California, and we are fighting it. Whatever you do, don't give up!

And definitely check out calguns.net.
