I traded a guy yesterday for a CZ 85 Combat. I've never even handled a CZ handgun before so I'm not familiar with the nomenclature about CZs. In short the grips were customized for him and I said I would send them back when I got some new ones. I'm not sure if the frame of this CZ 85 Combat is the same as the CZ 75 or CZ 75B and what aftermarket grips will fit. A little guidance would be very much appreciated.

Thanks now I can order some.
I called Hogue and the CS lady said that grips for a CZ 75 will fit a CZ 75B frame. But she didn't sound convinced herself. Just need to verify since on their website the 75B isn't mentioned.

A 85 Combat is nothing more than a CZ 75 with ambi controls and lacks a firing pin block.

Any grip panel for the CZ 75, SP01 and Shadow 2 all swap over and all fit.

I get all my CZ grips from LOK, I've got their G10, brass and alloy. Personally for me, palmswell grips are the best.

I have the Lok palmswells on seversl CZs. I recently got some Shadow 2 style palm swells that are a little different. I ended up putting them on my backup (USPSA) gun and am using the palm swell bogies on my new SP01 Shadow. I like the feel of them better although I will still test out the Shadow 2 style for a while too. The Bogies are a little to aggresive for carry but I like them for competition. VZs are very good to.
