I expect prices on the .22LR "tactical" guns will be coming down a bit. There's a lot of competition. I think we're already feeling dumb for dropping $500 on a .22.

J&G was selling them for $300 on their web site... Also I think the new ones are made with more plastic pieces rather than metal to make them lighter/cheaper.

Yeah, the nickle is hideous... Wasn't there a recall from the ATF for those saying that the fake can they have could be converted to the real thing?

That was a different model, the can was a lot fatter on that model.
