Gun Broker Problems

Ok so I Have only ever bought one item off of gunbroker but I received an A+ rating for it . Then today I went to bid on an pistol (I have been bidding on for 3 days) and all of a sudden it says I am not allowed to bid or use the auto buy feature and this may have been done because of a problem with a previous transaction. So Does anyone have a contact number or anything this Is absolutely infuriating :banghead: :fire: :cuss:
also before anyone asks my email is verified and I have a linked bank account as well as an active card and it says my account is active
 
My guess is that the seller saw that you only had one transaction, and decided he only wanted to deal with established buyers with several transactions. It's absurd of course, because how do you get to have more transactions if you can't bid. I'd email the seller and see if they respond to your inquiry.

Hmmmm. Not good. If you go into the main home page, and log in, there is a help menu on the right side. You can submit a help query or incident. Never used it before, but that's all I can find.
 
I don’t know if this is your situation or not, but I have seen a few sellers who say that they will block your bid if you don’t have X number of completed buys with an A+ rating. When I first enrolled in Gunbroker, I lost out on a couple of good buys because of sellers like this.
