Gun like hand gesture conviction in PA Superior Court as disorderly conduct

I stopped working in corrections just about a year ago. If I put felony charges on someone anytime I saw this gesture I would still be doing the paperwork. Stupidity at its finest.

I might view that hand gesture as a future threat of violence if I was involved in a dispute with a neighbor.

Yes, similar to a thumb across the throat or other "threatening" gesture.
