I'll bet "trigger job" will win.

Edit: I should have included "added registered auto sear to host gun." :D

I've changed several revolver grips to make the revolver fit my hand better. The huge target grips on a couple of Smith & Wessons were hopelessly large for my hand, and those on a Colt Python abraded my hand with sharp checkering. I've also put thinner wood grips on my CZ PCR for the same reason. I've also had night sights put on my Glock 19.

I did a few on your list plus built an AK74, Ak47, AR15, VZ58 and currently working on a Cetme. Made a side plate with a AK47 scope rail for my Kel-Tec Sub 2000. Made a firing pin for a rifle I could no longer get parts for. Threaded the barrel on my other Cetme and installed a flash hider then installed a paddle mag release. Restored some old .22 rifles after several decades of neglect.

I enjoy tinkering with guns. I use to tinker with a 69 Mach 1 Mustang but now its guns and the guns are a lot cheaper to tinker with than muscle cars. If you want to see some very talented gun tinkering take a look at Weapons Guild, Gunco.net, or Weaponeer.

Lots of grips. Dropped full-length guide rods. I Tapcoed out my SKS, which required a few assists from friends and smiths.

I am thinking of getting a basic smith certification, if just to be able to install my own sights and adjust my own triggers without paying someone to help me.

I took a carbide tipped dremel to the double action fly on my nagant revolver to keep it from catching on the trigger when used in single action, thus decocking instead of shooting. Now it shoots much better.

I restored my Sig SCM back to its original design. I don't view that as a modification though, I think SIG USA's handling of that rifle is butchery.

Just finished chopping the barrel on my rossi 20ga side by side with exposed hammers. 18 1/16" haha

When I was shooting IPSC more often I think I did just about everything you can do to a 1911 at one time or another.

I think I remember this thread.....

Wolff recoil spring kit in various weights to experiment with until you find the one that's perfect for the loads you shoot.

Built from flats
Built on milled receivers
Assembled a few rifles from parts
Re-welded scrap metal back together to make a receiver or few
Welded rail onto a receiver
Re-barreled
A few trigger jobs
Replaced a stock or two
Refinished some wood here and there
Mounted an optic or two (probably not correctly)
Parkerized
Duracoated

One of these days I'll work up to cutting and crowning barrels and bedding actions...
