In Nov. of 2011 I was involved in a bad car accident, I was in the white car pictured. My NV300 combination lock was damaged in the accident but I was able to repair it with some epoxy and it worked for years. About 6-9 months ago the lock stopped working and I was unable to repair. I contacted Gun Vault via their website and explained my situation and asked to purchase a new cable and combination lock, as the shell of my nano vault was still in good condition. The response was more than I expected, they simply asked for my shipping information and said that they would send me a new NV300 no questions asked.

I have been using the new NV300 for about 3 months now, just never got around to giving them credit for going above and beyond.

Wow, that wasn't the only thing damaged in the wreck. Hope you're ok and doing well. That's great customer service from Gun Vault, will keep that in mind for the next purchase. Thanks.
 
Huh. Opposite of my experience. I was told to basically go pound sand when my lock quit working.
