Gunbash SCORE!

Yes...it HAD to happen sooner or later, but I was still surprised when I hit on the $5 table ticket at the gunbash Sunday last. It was kind of late in the day (4 PM) and there were a few hunting rifles and three pistols left.

Only interested in the handguns so I had the pic of a Taurus 8 3/8 44mag, S&W M&P 40 or 45 (wasn't interested enough to check) and the Ruger Alaskan 44mag. Chose the Ruger. Nice little gun!

Wanted to share my joy with my THR Brothers/Sisters! Will shoot the beastie this coming weekend and give a report.

As everyone always wants pics...I included one of the Alaskan with its' Ruger safe-mates. He is happy with his new friends!

good choice.I would have taken the M&P 40, only because I dont have one, and already have a Redhawk in 44 mag, but if I DIDN'T have the Redhawk, I'd have taken the Alasken too.Neat gun....
