Hello All,

I recently placed an order with gunnersalley.com for a belt holster for my S&W Model 60, as my Fobus belt holster just hung too low for concealed carry. I originally ordered a Don Hume First Agent Belt holster, but they, nor Hume, had it in stock. They emailed me first, and then, three days later, they called me, to ask me if i recieved the email. Now if that wasnt good enough customer service, they then gave me the option of waiting the 6-8 weeks for hume to make me the holster, and they would then get it to me, or just switch my order to something else. I ended up changing my order to the JIT Belt Slide holster. The gentleman on the phone simply switched the orders, and credited my account for the difference in the holster prices. Gunners Alley sent it out the same night i spoke with them over the phone. Should be here soon. I'm VERY pleased with their service, seems like they really care about their customers. Ive never been involved with a business that would actually call ME and ask if i recieved their email.

Just wanted to put in a +1 for customer service at Gunners Alley.

I bought a belt and holster from them about 2.5 years ago. Had to exchange the belt (I ordered the wrong size). Everything was handled quickly and easily.

I would buy from them again.

I havent yet recieved the JIT belt slide, but i handled one today that was molded for a makarov, and i think i will be pleased. it seemed to hold the gun up high, and felt secure, a makarov being similar in size to my j-frame.

I like Gunners Alley because they don't try to lead you in a specific direction.
I went to their shop and spent an hour talking about the different options for IWB holster. Bill and Ed are awesome. I went back and got a great deal on a range bag for my handguns!

Another satisfied customer. I ordered a belt from them in an odd size (22"). They didn't have it available at the time, called me the same day I placed the order to ensure I was ordering the correct belt size and if I wanted to wait to have it made.

I know GunnersAlley is one online vendor I like. I have ordered 3 holsters Don Humes from them, 2 710's and one JIT. All for different guns. The only problem I have ever had, was the color not being available that I wanted ( had to wait until it was produced) They all did the job I wanted them for, and I will probably be ordering another soon.

I've ordered two Don Hume slide holsters from them. The one they had it stock and got it pretty quickly, and the other one was out of stock and had to get it from Don Hume, and they kept me apprised until they were able to send it out. I was satisfied.

Another double-plus-good for them. Their store-brand belts are the best thing going, much better than the Don Hume belt I was using.

I have purchased quite a few holsters from them and have been very happy with the items ordered. Sometimes you have to wait but you also would have to wait if ordering from the manufactorer. I have the JIT for my Glocks and like them for OWB and the Don Hume 715 series for IWB.
