I recently bought a Safariland 560 holster and Fobus double mag pouches from this company. The holster arrived a week later--no mag pouches. The included reciept showed them back ordered, but showed the incorrect type back ordered (Glock versus universal 9mm, and the CopsPlus and Fobus websites show a difference between the two--I have CZ 75B magazines). My web receipt, from when I made the purchase, shows the correct mag holders ordered, so the mistake is theirs. So, I tried to contact them to fix this before the holders ship out.
Unfortunately, their website only offers email customer service, which they do not seem to respond back to. I've emailed several times this week to no avail. There is no phone number listed on their website. Arrrgghhh!
Was this a place to avoid, and I just did not know? Do they read this board?
