Guns in 9mm not available in .40 S&W that you would buy if they were?

I wouldn't mind a P365 in .40S&W if they could squeeze in 9 +1. Then I would get a conversion barrel and have a P365 in 357Sig. Really for no particular reason other than just because.

Considering how a contract over-run German Spec S&B 124 NATO feels I don't think I would particularly enjoy the pistol in .357 Sig or .40 S&W.

I'd go for a 40 cal CZ75 compact. The real CZ not one of the many copies excellent though some may be.

If I had to get a 40 in the same size, although 2 oz heavier it would be the Kahr CM40. But personally would see no benefit over the9mm cal especially in a small Pistol especially since the 9mm has a proven track record and improving all the time. And of course the Kahr CM40 is already available. And while the Kahr CM9 and Sig 365 are mild shooters, the recoil would increase significantly by about 4-5 lbs. That would change the smooth shooting dynamics to a not so friendly shooting gun and turn in a smooth shooter into something unnecessarily a unpleasant shooter. JMO

Definitely a .40s&w version of the G43X. I mean stock Glock 8 round mags and shield arms 13 round mags in a 40 that size would be about my perfect conceal carry firearm. But since they don’t offer it and probably never will I’m going to get the G43X in 9mm anyways lol
