Going to a gun show next week in Iowa to try and get a stripped lower for my del-ton kit. I was wondering if anyone knew what kind of prices i could expect. Double star online are $99 plus shipping and FFL transfer I could get one for around $130 assuming they honor their current price whenever they come back in stock. So anyways, what prices have you seen recently?

At last weeks GRB gun show stripped lowers that were $110 the weekend before Halloween, were $150+. The lines to buy them looked longer than the number in stock.

I drove by the Pasadena gun show this morning and have never ever seen such a full parking lot and long line. I just turned around and went home, way too much panic buying for me to bother looking for something to fill out my collection.

Prices are going up along with demand. All the makers have a back log. Look at gunbroker and see what they are going for there. I saw a double star going for over 150 this morning.

$740 for a stripped lower? that's just retarded

makes you wonder if those bidders are all off their schizophrenia meds. They seem to be suffering from delusional hysteria. I wonder what's going to happen if we actually get an AWB, AR lowers for $1500? I will be selling my entire cache of 7.62 nato on GB for $10 per round plus shipping :D

If it sells, the price is not too high.

Welcome to capitalism. Lessons offered daily.

Yeah kudos to the seller but sometimes you just have to shake your head and walk away when you see people do things that defy all good sense. $740 for a $150 part that may or may not not be banned even if there is an AWB that we don't know is coming or not.

...it makes my brain hurt trying to figure these people out, paranoid procrastinator gun nuts with more money than good sense?...ok walking away now.
