Winchester 748 is similar and has given me some of my best accuracy with 55 gr. bullets. I've got a target I shot with my Remington 700 BDL Varminter that is 5 shots in 5/8" at 200 yards using 748.
Yes WC-844. It's the pull down version of H-335 and uses the same data as H-335. When in stock on-line it runs around $85 for 8 pounds, or at least used to.
If I were in your shoes, I would try your existing powders in this order:
Varget
IMR-4064
IMR-4198
If you are shooting 55 gr bullets, chances are you will achieve sufficient results with Varget. If you also want to use lighter bullets, you could try your IMR-4198, and if that doesn't work for you, consider trying some Ramshot TAC or Exterminator, or some Accurate 2015 or 2230. They have worked well in my rifles.
