I have been selected as Fire Control Chief (SEL) by a panel of Master Chiefs after whom I hope I have been molded. It is with the utmost sincerity that I thank all of you who know me and have helped me along the way. I am humbled by all of you.

Please forgive my distinct lack of correspondence over the coming weeks. I hope that on the 16th of September, I am found worthy.
