I haven't done it but I just went and checked my 650 to see if I could spot any obvious issues. Looks to me like it would work fine IF you're willing to drill a hole in the top of your press. The Dillon toolheads have a hole in them for the rod that comes off of the powder check which contacts the ram. The Ram lifts the dillon "alarm" to engage a rod in the die that's notched out. If the charge is high or low then the button the alarm is depressed and goes off.
I think the hardest part would be drilling the hole perfectly vertical in the right spot. Looks like the Dillon hole is bigger than it needs to be, so that might help you out some. Let me know if you need pictures.
