Has anyone used this holster?

My husband, son and I have Don Hume's H7 15-M W.C. Waistband ClipOn for $27.60. We all have one for the Kahr 9; I also have one for my XD40. It is the only IWB holster we have found comfortable and able to wear all day without discomfort. These holsters are well made to fit your gun. My husband has had his for over 30 years.

Guitar, I believe all Hume's belt holsters are for 1-3/4" belts. I have a Hume 715 for a S&W snubbie. The loops are easy enough to snap over a 1-1/2" belt, and I don't think I'd want them any tighter.

I also use a Hume "Open Top" for my XD9SC on a 1-1/2" belt and haven't noticed a large amount of movement of the belt in the slots. There's nicer looking stuff out there, but I'm happy with my Don Humes.

I own one for my Ruger SP101. I must say that it is used more as a pocket holster than anything. The loops are very thin and flimsy. I rocks back and forth too much and has a tendency to creep out from the top of the pants and want to fold over upside down on the outside.

short barreled revolvers just don't work well with this. If you will notice the bottoms of the loops are just at the base of the cylinder it tends to want to creep up all the time and not stay put.

Spend a little extra and go with this one:

This is what I use for my Ruger sp101, I even use it as a bug at 9 o'clock with my IWB XD-45 on the 4 o'clock

its not IWB but I find that it is MUCH more comfortable and is not noticeable at all. A short barreled revolver will just poke out the bottom of your untucked shirt with your arms raised but you cant tell what it is do to the wide platform of the holster.

I can do longer barrels in IWB but it also depends on what gun you are using in it. For one of those ultra light weight models pocket carry is an option that you might consider.

I have one for my Taurus 85 and it works great. I don't know about the snaps, I use a 1 1/2 inch belt.

While I can't speak to this particular holster I have several with snap loops in my collection that are made for 1 3/4" belts. When I wear aa 1 1/2" belt I cross the loops into an X... back loop onto front snap and vice versa. Works well for me, but again YMMV.

Thanks for the replies, everyone. I've actually done some more looking tonight (err, this morning) and this one seems to be more to my liking: http://www.kramerleather.com/productDetail.cfm?productID=6&categoryID=23. Now that's a sweet ****ing holster if I do say so myself, which I do. :D The problem is that now I want one for both my P2000SK and the Sig 232 that I'm getting in a few days. That, coupled with the purchase of a new gun belt, and I'm going to be in the poor house for a little while. But that's okay. I've been meaning to invest in a good gun belt and a few non-cheap-O holsters for a while now. May as well do it now.
