And WWB valuepacks at 20.97...Although they did have plenty of Federal 9mm at $9 a box... good for the range.
Lately I've found that buying 20 or 50 round boxes are a better deal than the valuepacks.
I paid close to $180 for my last one...Just had to buy a car battery today. last time I bought one with my son, the average price was about $60. Now, closer to $80 in the same store.
I disagree. The only other consumable good that has doubled in price, that I can think of, is gas.Milk was cheaper 10 years ago too. So were eggs. Bread. Soda. Electricity. Water. Virtually everything. In fact, ammo has gone up in price slower then most of those items. All-in-all, prices are still pretty attractive compared to 10 years ago.
I can remember buying $11 9mm valuepacks and filling up my hot rod (that had the $180 battery) with 91 octane that cost $1.75 a gallon.
Oh, that $180 battery still cost 180 bucks...
