First off I know they are not a great for self-defense and I have no intention of using one as such. I've always thought the Baby Browning was a neat design (from the ones I've handled and fired) and one would be a unique addition to my collection. The originals seem to be pretty pricey so I have a line on one of the licensed copies; in this case a NIB PSP-25. For me the addad "wow" factor is that the name of my hometown is stamped on the slide :D

How much would one of these be worth?

I cannot imagine the FN version being any better than the PSA one's, I have one and it's sweet.
I don't recall what I paid for mine, about $400 I think. Looking at the gun, as a machinist, I'm very impressed with the quality manufacture. The only thing I changed was the trigger and the mag release (plasticrap). PSA, who makes the guns now, has steel replacement parts.

You think a PSA is crappy you should try working on the old Bauers!
The FN pistols really are superior to both.

Just talked to the guy and he wants $300 for it. After poking around a bit more on Gunbroker that doesn't seem half bad.
