Help identify this rifle sight?

This item was purchased at an auction- item looks like a military rifle sight part, would appreciate any help in identifying , i did find a m2 hammer part at same estate. Any idea on what it is, or if it's valuable?

Looks like one of the several adjustable attachments for target sights.

I saw a mount similar to that one on a CPA stevens that was wearing a Unetl target scope.

looks pretty interesting, have anymore pictures from different angles you can share? To be honest i dont have any actual input as to what it is for or could be from, im just curious at this point.

Looks like part of an adjustable peep sight.

I have looked at literally hundreds of sights and can't find one like that. It has the Up / Down and Right / Left adjustments and seems to be missing the Aperture. Initially I thought maybe a front globe less the inserts but nope. I can't figure out who made it, beats me.
