help identifying a knife

i was flipping through the channels today and landed on In The Army Now with Pauly Shore it was at the scene when they start cutting their uniform sleeves off to use as extra water storage i never noticed the knife the girl used before but found that it was an odd type

the part that was used had a canopener bottle opener and was just odd because it was the same size as a normal blade would be on a SAK

anyone know what type of knife this is?

was it issue? (probably not)
