Of the ones on your list, my vote is for the Ruger.
BUT.....you need to consider the Browning BuckMark.....I have put over 75,000 rounds through mine and when I sent it back to the factory for a checkup, they replaced a couple of very minor parts in the slide as a courtesy (didn't really need replacing....they did it so that I could get another 75,000 rounds through it without a hiccup...like the first 75,000 rounds.
