Id love to replace the factory ones of which they say no cap fits with some newer upgraded ones.
What is the thread pitch?

What nipples will fit the 1960 new model army centaur?

I have four new sets of slix shot on the way, I talked to one of the owners of slix shot over the phone and he said he wasnt sure what would fit the centennial centaur
So that leaves me with the real experts the owners and shooters.

Sorry bud, I can't tell ya!! I don't squirrel away that kind of info. You'd think Slix would know but I reckon it's just not common enough. I've never even had one through the shop in over 10 yrs.

An internet search for "Belgian centennial centaur" turned up numerous threads in several forums. I didn't read all of them so I don't know if nipples are discussed, but some threads and articles are lengthy and have cool photos. Sound like cool guns. Hope you will share range photos!

When I get her y'all will be the first to see her!

TOW has a large variety of cones, and lists all their cones with the thread size, and also note which guns they will fit, or should fit. As far as cap fit, I found that the Stainless cones that TOW sells fit the CCI#11's perfectly. My idea of a perfect fit is when after the cap is seated on the cone, you can't get them back off with just a fingernail. (or I can't) That keeps the revolver more water proof for field use, and they can't fall off from recoil. That may not be ideal for others. ?

I prefer the stainless cones over the Slix-shots, but that is just me. Not saying they are "better", just that they work better for me, the cap fit is better. (for my purposes)

Yes length is important as Dave says, although there's a little leeway there.

Gun still otw to me I just want to replace with slix shot or something like that
Something that takes the caps I have rem, red and cci
The nips that work the best on my Uberti 1862PP turned out to be the factory cones. Had Slix-Snots on it or a while. So ya never know. Be sure to fire it with the original cones on it first, just to get a base line. (unless the caps don't fit snug)

What I find on Belgian centennial centaur is that they used the same thread as original (1st gen.) Colt 1860s.
As I recall, and if my memory is not too far off, I believe TOW carries cones that will fit the Colts.
