Help with 100 yard target

How blurry is it? Focus should be on the front sight, not many eyes can focus on both. A peep is easier but you still need to focus on the front post.

Dedicated shooting glasses can help too.

Perhaps it is better to just hang it up and shoot closer.

Getting old is no fun.
Just depends why you're shooting and what the goal is. If it's purely for fun and not to practice, you can get just as much enjoyment shooting at 50 yards as you do at 100. You can also get just as much enjoyment using a good optic as you can using irons. Or use a bigger, brighter target if you like. There's no single answer to this question.

I have used the 1 inch bright orange stickers for years even with a scope. Since my motorcycle accident in august, I have lost more vision due to head injury. I can still sight in with a good scope but it is harder. Open sights are not even an option now for me.

These aren't too bad. I make my own 1, 2 and 3 in targets for 100 to 300 I'd shooting, I use red against white found this to be highly visible.

I concur with apature sights first time I used them I couldn't believe how clear everything was, even on the drive home that focus clarity was still there.

I find that a black circle on white is easier to see at 100 than any other colours. This is a SR-1,printed on 8 1/2 x 11, that is used in a number of Online/Postal matches.
