Help with Mag ID

Does anyone know what this magazine would go to? I’ve been researching it for a while and can’t figure it out.

Could you take a pic or two with something in it to show size/scale?

It doesn't have to be anything fancy, a penny or dime next to the mag would work.

Would also like to see how the mag latches. It initial looks to be for a rimmed round possibly .22mag

Post some dimensions, but it's screaming bolt action .410 shotgun at me. Very much a WHAG though.

Here is another picture with a 357 Mag round in it although I doubt this is the correct round for this mag. Hope this helps.
