Henry Arms - Great Customer Service

We hear about bad experiences.... I thought I'd start a thread, for Great Service! Henry Arms.... I gave my son a H001 Lever Action 22 a I promptly damaged the receiver cover (my fault). I've tried fixing it a few times and had it looking just "Okay".... Finally I gave in and called expecting to buy a new receiver cover....I called and they are sending a new one, free of charge.

Go get a Henry if you are thinking about it, Support good American companies like this!

Try to keep this Positive Experiences, what good stories do you have?

Have heard lots of great things about Henry's customer service. I'd keep that buggered receiver cover on just in case of other "oopsies"

was enlarging the microscopic notch of my rear sight on my big boy steel 357 and made it lop sided. called henry if they had the small rear inserts available to sell. no go they only sell the whole rear sight assembl y for about 30 bucks.. ended up finding a replacement insert through brownells , i think it was less than a dollar.

I had a problem with my Henry not feeding the last round.
Emailed them and the next day I had a reply from Anthony Imperato, the President.
He sent me a new feed tube at no cost and said if I had any problems let him know.
Not many company presidents answer customer emails.
I have bought 3 more Henry rifles since then and I am looking for a new pump .22.

I recently purchased a Mini-Bolt from Cabela's,,,
When I got it home I noticed a small piece of metal (decorative only) was missing from thre stock.

I sent an e-mail to Henry asking if one was available,,,
I received an answer after just a few days.

The part is in the mail at no charge.

I know it's just a small thing,,,
But that's how customer service is supposed to work.
