Hello, I think this is my first post here. I'm a bit active on Canadian gun forums, and have been reading THR posts for years.

Henry has a new rifled barrel shotgun, and I don't think they've made it to Canada yet. Has anybody on here tried one? In particular, I'm interested in how they compare with other kinds of rifled shotguns in terms of handling and accuracy. I'm guessing the potential for accuracy is good because the barrel is "permanently" attached to the receiver. (I get that a rifled barrel on a pump or semi with changeable barrels has good enough accuracy for most purposes.)

Anyway, these new rifled Henrys look like an interesting option for shotgun only deer areas and I'd like to hear if others have shot or even hunted with them. Thank you.

Welcome to the forum. Haven't shot one yet. Been eyeing one for a year or so. I will say this henry's customer service is great. So of you do buy one and lets say you can't hit the broad side of a barn. Give them a call. Send it in and they will fix or replace it. If and when you get it post pictures. We love pictures.
