I got a new long range rifle today. Its a beanland built. 6.5 x 47. W/27" krieger. Badger BDM Badger rail A-4 stock badger bolt knob. I am picking up a vortex pst M-RAD for it tomorrow. Ill post a pic tomorrow. I can't wait to shoot it. Oh yea jewel trigger. What do you think?

uh,... yeh,...... Like we all know what the heck you're talking about. Next time skip all the code words and post a simple pic for us that aren't in, 'the know'.

I think I believe you can't wait to shoot it.

Those Jewell triggers are nice. To me one of the biggest advantages is it is 3 way adjustable as it sits on the rifle.

Best of luck when you put some down range.

Sorry to be so defined. I will post pics tomorrow. Yea I like the jewel triggers its my second. I have a timiney but it really don't compare. I get as exited about working up a load for a new riddle as a kid does about Santa.
 
some of us know what all that means. sounds like a heckuva build. what are you planning to do with it?
 
27" isn't too bad... my bighorn is 28.5" plus a 9" TBAC suppressor on it
 
I am going to try to burn the barrel out on it. No just kidding I am going to shoot some tactical matches with it I am still in the learning phase of all this. I joined a club and have been invited to some other matches so I thought rather than shoot the barrel out of my 6.5 ackley by the time spring rolls back around,,,,,,,,,???????? I just found a good excuse to get a new rifle. I am still trying to figure out how to post a pic on here. Our IT guy is not here today. but I will get it figured out

How did you do that? thats my last build that i never got any pics up I have one on my computer that I want to show of my new one but I dont know how?
 
It's nice to see another 6.5 shooter around here. We are a growing bunch!!! Let me know if you have any questions about the x47. I shoot 130 jlk's out of an 8 twist shilen, that is set up similar to yours. I'm closing in on 4,000 rounds down the tube, and its still shooting strong.
