Yes, I have seen photos of them, but I don't know who makes them. I would suggest checking out the hi point forums and check out the carbine picture thread and PM'ing members with set ups like the one you want. I think thats where I've seen images of a scope with the sights. I'm mounting a scope but removing the sights.
