I have a Hi Power 9mm that shoots very low with its factory fixed sights. (around 3 inches low at 15 yards). I have an adjustable rear sight that allowed me to dial in the POA / POI well but its fairly large and I think detracts from the classic look of the pistol. Anybody know of a taller rear fixed sight that will fit the Hi Power (.285 dovetail)?

Depending on the gun and sights, it may be easier to file down the front sight a bit.

Or go cheap and just file down the front sight and use the existing fixed rear. You can measure the heights of you sights and see if Brownells has something more in line with what you will need to bring POI to POA.

Try using heavier bullets. If you are using 115gr, go to 124 or 147. That usually fixes the shooting low problem for cheap.
