I'd like to pick up one of the 31 (33) round glock magazines to use in my G19. I've read through all of the NH statutes pertaining to firearms (I think) and haven't seen any mention of capacity restrictions.

I'm fairly certain they're legit, but IANAL and before I whip out the big mag o joy at the range I'd like to be sure.

Any input?

NH is a free state. You can have a mag long enough to serve as a monopod if you want to. :D
No restrictions on sale, use, anything, but the shop might just want to glance at your drivers' license to make sure you're a state resident. hi-caps are on the shelves in most shops. And if it says "LEO Only" on the side, as some Meg-Gars do, ignore that. That only applies to states like the one just to the south.

I order over the web and use them all the time.

Though even in NH my 30-rd .45ACP stick magazine occasionally gets some funny looks...

"Wattsamatta, you never seen a 1911 with a defensive metal stick attachment, before?"

No issue

You can have what ever magazine your hart's desire.

NH is great only problem you have to go through NY or Mass to get here.

Yeah, I love NH. :D :D Live Free or Die all the way. I am also not aware of any magazine restrictions so you should be all set.
