I also want a 2022 gun and all my money christmas and bday money is gone, but I just got a $189 check from costco, so I’m going shopping

I have owned several Hi Point pistols and carbines
I had a buddy that owned a Pawnshop.. Id be able to buy used Hi-Points from him dirt cheap
One of them was a well worn 45 acp
I owned it a couple of years … and fed it well … ran alot of LRN 230 gr +P loads through it .
Honestly I don’t think it ever had a hiccup
Im just about positive my brother has it now …it stays in his work truck

I have a bunch of low quality reloads I inherited from my grandfather. Very much range scrounging type brass with cast bullets done on the cheap.

I bought a hipoint specifically to shoot my trash ammo and it does it flawlessly.

Yes, I know, I know, never shoot someone else's reloads... And if I need a beater to shoot them I shouldn't shoot them.

Yeah! I’m getting on! might try to find a place that can mill a reddot, or mabey just do it myself, I get a drill press

I will never forget the experience of watching two high dollar .45 Kimber's malfunction at least once per magazine and seeing a guy shooting the same ammunition out of a Hi-Point round after round, magazine after magazine without a single malfunction.

I’m currently Gun Broke, So I’m going cheap! I literally have $189 and after tax, that should get me my gun fix a few months
I guess I'm also fortunate, in that I'm pretty happy with the guns I have. My collection is fairly small, and there are a few things I want, but I don't really have to go buy a new gun.

I wish I can say the same! I’m always gun daydreaming

Believe me @Mark_Mark, plenty of nice shiny, pretties catch my eye, too! I also have a kid I'd like to keep in college, and a wife I'd like to keep....
I feel ya! but the wife really doesn’t need to know the details about grease guns and your son should be happy with life and having 2 loving parents
