High Power barrel info needed...

I have a older Argentine Police High Power (FN made) that I have fitted a new 9mm barrel to with no hassles..picked up a 30 Luger barrel for it...but the OD of the barrel is turned a bunch smaller than the OD of the 9mm...so how does one remedy this??

I have considered sleeving it to bring the OD up to match the 9mm one...can that be done? any other ideas?
