That are known for that! Someone mentioned earlier that they were glad the (HP bashing hadn't stated yet) and I felt the same. But again, this is "The High Road"!

Glad to see your problem fixed quickly there Pablo. Hi Point must be doing well. The first thing to go south with a struggling company is their non-revenue producing areas. The gun industry needs all of the players to do well. I saw one of the Hi Point carbines at Cabelas for the first time last week. It might be a future purchase.

Thanks. That means a lot to me. Especially since others on other forums questioned my judgment for buying a Hi Point in the first place.

I don't have a Hi Point but in the course of general gun reading on the net I have come across many positive and detailed accounts of them written by Hi Point shooters which contrast sharply with the contemptuous, negative comments made by folks that proudly proclaim they would never own one.

If I recall correctly, it stands for Maker or Manufacturer.
