I got an email from Powder Valley saying they have High Gun and Perfect Pattern.

“High Gun is a flattened, spherical shotshell powder designed for light-target, handicap and super handicap loads in a 12-gauge shotgun. This powder also closely duplicates Remington Nitro 27 factory loads. High Gun’s geometry results in a powder that meters consistently, has excellent ignition and burns clean enough to throw uniform patterns clay after clay. ”

“Perfect Pattern is a fast-burning, flattened, spherical shotshell powder designed for light and extra-light field and target loads for the 12-gauge shotgun. Its geometry and density results in excellent ignition, superb metering and low charge weights that deliver consistent patterns with mild report and low recoil.”

I need another powder like I need a …. But I’m always curious.
I didn’t find any reloading data at their online site, and the picture of the bottle only lists shotgun loads.

Hopefully they are also suitable for some handgun loads and will provide load data.
Do we really need more metallic cartridge powders? My goal is to try as many as possible, and it's already been years in the making. The lovx line is new enough to satisfy most people's newness.

Probably one or both is a near replacement for WAALite which I happened to have liked a lot for skeet. I still have maybe 6 or 7 pounds that I use occasionally,
