Anyone rocking a set of Hogue Micarta SBH grips?

I'm wanting white simulation ivory for mine, but read of fitment issues with various companies. My gut tells me a big company like Hogue should have a good fit from all of their years of experience and even producing grips for companies like Ruger and Smith.
I'm concerned the white may get stained easily in the field??? Should I go with black???
I just did some quick research and read Micarta is extremely durable. I would rather have the durability.
I read some stories where guys are cracking the white ruger plastic grips easily and can unintentionally find pics of guns for sale or online that have chipped white plastic grips especially around the butt.
