True, but you have to consider these laws are made by the same people that actually believe there are plastic or porcealin guns that can go through airport metal detectors, hollow-points are "cop killers" that penetrate level IIIA vests, and AK-47 clones can fire 600 rounds per minute.I always thought it was weird, I mean HPs are made to not over penetrate, it would make more sense to ban the defensive use of FMJs.
