I have a 2.25 inch web belt, and I'm looking for a holster that will work with it. The idea is that I want a holster/belt combo that I can quickly and easily snap on around my waist whenever I want. The holster should be hanging a bit low like a duty holster, not a high-riding concealment holster, and I prefer soft nylon rather than hard plastic, and a closed bottom so dust doesn't get in the barrel. Anyone got suggestions?

Safariland is the place to go for that type of gear. https://www.safariland.com/products/holsters-and-gear/

Bianchi is the half at Safariland that has the nylon holsters.

Here's the model 12 https://www.safariland.com/products...nder_hasaddon=&dwfrm_holsterfinder_addontype=

Edit to add: I believe forum member Mainsail uses a Bianchi with his G20 when hiking.

The Bianchi AccuMold line is the Bianchi nylon LE type (not military style) line-up https://lapolicegear.com/gun-holste...ms_per_page=72&sort_method=_score/desc&page=1

Those universal military holsters look like they might be about right for what I want. Kind of pricey though. I wonder if I can find this kind of stuff at the surplus store.

The M12 holsters can be found easily for $20 to $30. It will stretch for the G20, but will be a snug fit once it does. You will be able to close the flap as well.

I used one of these with a Glock 22. It worked very well.

Still have the holster but had to return the Glock when I retired.
