Can anyone recommend a good leather or kydex IWB holster for a 3913? Searched all over internet and came up with an Aliengear model but specifically looking for a single clip holster. I know my choices are extremely limited since the 3913 has been out of production for years.

The leather holster makers don't usually have very good on-line holster lists. I'd check with the makers that have been around for a few years since they probably were producing holsters when the 3913 was popular, so they probably still have a mold for the gun. You'll probably have to call or email to find out if they cover that gun. I don't know if these makers produce the type of holster you are looking for, though.

Kramer does show the 3913 on their list https://www.kramerleather.com

JTQ thanks for the reply and the list. I will check out the Kramer model and contact the listed manufacturers. Appreciate it, thanks again!

The Lobo Leather and Tucker models look good. Will check out Sparks Summer Special (it’s summer 10 months a year in AZ).

You'll likely find something. I stumbled into an alternative, just shopping a collectables militaria store who's owner kept picking up small lots from kitchen table dealers who passed away. I found a SLS Kydex retention holster with no belt clip, still in good shape. It appeared to fit a duty sized 9mm. striker auto. After I massaged it with a hot air gun a 4566 fit perfectly. A little trimming here, a new position for the trigger guard stop bolt, done.

If you can leather work you can remold kydex. Patience and a slow approach to heating it meant I remolded features one at a time and it works great. At $110 and up getting a brand new holster for an older gun almost predating kydex didn't seem a good idea, since the one I bought cost $10.

Of course, I later found another one in the clamshell for a .45 something for $45 at a pawn shop - those near PD's and Sherriffs office seem to have a lot of older equipment in them. And, they match the scuffed finish on my Smith!

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. I checked out all the suggested websites and manufacturers. I contacted Kevin at Muddy River Tactical and he mentioned he could make a leather IWB for me. I just ordered it and looking forward to receiving it.

FWIW I have a Taurus 709 that fits perfectly in a 6906 holster. The 3913 would fit in a 6906 holster. You might look for Taurus 709 holsters.

Thanks again for all the suggestions. Was able to locate and purchase a nice leather IWB holster for the 3913. I know, it's only a holster (no big deal we buy holsters and equipment all the time). I contacted four holster manufacturers inquiring if they stock or could make a holster for the discontinued 3913. Of the four only one responded: Muddy River Tactical. Kevin at Muddy River Tactical contacted me in less than 24 hours advising he could supply one. I ordered right after Kevin emailed me (last Monday) and received the holster yesterday (Saturday). BTW, not one of the other three manufacturers responded back as of today. I realize some of the big name holster manufacturers are busy and don't want to bother with a discontinued model (especially when there are millions of Glocks, SIG's, etc out there). Muddy River Tactical products are a family business and all products are made in the USA. For the record, I have no personal/business connection with MRT (and not compensated in any manner). Just wanted to share with the forum a positive firearm related buying experience. Attached are obligatory pics!

Sorry to hear that Black rifles. I’ve had this 3913 since the early 90’s. Been sitting in safe last 15+ years and just wanted to get some use out of it (not getting any younger).
