You'll likely find something. I stumbled into an alternative, just shopping a collectables militaria store who's owner kept picking up small lots from kitchen table dealers who passed away. I found a SLS Kydex retention holster with no belt clip, still in good shape. It appeared to fit a duty sized 9mm. striker auto. After I massaged it with a hot air gun a 4566 fit perfectly. A little trimming here, a new position for the trigger guard stop bolt, done.
If you can leather work you can remold kydex. Patience and a slow approach to heating it meant I remolded features one at a time and it works great. At $110 and up getting a brand new holster for an older gun almost predating kydex didn't seem a good idea, since the one I bought cost $10.
Of course, I later found another one in the clamshell for a .45 something for $45 at a pawn shop - those near PD's and Sherriffs office seem to have a lot of older equipment in them. And, they match the scuffed finish on my Smith!
