Yesterday there was a guy, in his 40’s, who though is would be easy to rob some old people.
He busted up into a house where there were three people. Two of the victims were in their 60’s and the other was in 50’s.
The would be home invader started waving his gun around and demanding money.
The victims then fought with the home invader to he his gun. They were able too get the gun.
The fact that the victims now had the bad guy’s gun, this did not detour the bad guy. He continued to fight and the he victim with the gun shot him several times, killing him.
It has been ruled as a justifiable homicide.
