Retired 10 years ago to semi-rural KY with livestock and pets. People hunt regularly next to barn endangering us and livestock. Understand we are at the mercy of their respect for us, and they have none. These people border 2 lengths of our property line. Our recourse has been to leave livestock in the barn during most hunting seasons and all weekends. Land on 3rd line, next to our house just learned sold to hunters. House, where we live. He bought small strip acreage, 15 acres, ravine right next to our house. New owner made it clear he will hunt property lines as he chooses and intends to place a stand in ravine approx. 20 yards from house. Any choices besides abandoning the property we worked and saved for over 50+ years?

Sorry, but I'm closing this thread. The OP has a real and serious legal matter he needs assistance with; and this is not the place to get that. What he needs is a lawyer who is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and who is knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with the sorts of legal issues the situation involves.
