Has anyone ever tried these, Hornady says these 9mms have a cannulared bullet and are crimped so there will be no bullet setback.

I'm going to assume they are not using a roll crimp but the description doesn't say.

Anyone have any experience with these?

I'm wondering because of reloading implications for the future because they apparently are using cannullar bullets with crimping and doing it successfully by making these.

They are closed right now so I can't call them.

I haven't tried them yet. The XTP's have worked well and are very accurate for me so I may try them at some point.

I'm just a bit confused by the whole flex-tip concept. It reportedly works well. Hornady says it prevents clogging of the hollow point...but what it seems to me is they clogged the hollow point with a piece of plastic to solve the problem of clogging... :scrutiny: :D

They are using a taper crimp as a roll crimp cannot be used on calibers that headspace on the case mouth.

They are not the first to use cannulured bullets in auto pistol calibers.
