Hornady belted magnum brass

Looks like they sell only belted magnum cases with no bottleneck at all.

Anybody use this stuff?

How to create a bottleneck and the proper neck size/shoulder angle?

I doubt this stuff would fit in my Rem. 7mm Mag FL sizer die.

Does Hornady sell a die set to do this?

Check all the calibers under Hornady shell holder #5 listing, they mostly have the same brass head/bolt face.
