That is quite a gun. 1600 Euro is about 2000 bucks American...give or take. Maybe there is a big tax or something in Germany but that's a lot of clams for a CZ...isn't it?
CZ has a lot of sport/competition models based on their basic CZ 75/SP-01 and 97 line. But most of them are not available in the USA as far as I know. And they do seem a little expensive...
VAT is 19% in Germany, and is included in the shown price. Foreign customers don't pay it.
This is a customized CZ97 made for Frankonia, so you would have to buy it from them.
Here is information for non German customers: http://www.frankonia.de/service/_content_/pdf/important_instructions.pdf
Hope that helps.
I have this pistol in .38 Super, but it's available in .45 too. Single action, wicked accurate, and so far completely reliable.
The magwell comes right off and full length grips can go on as you like.
Mine has 18 +1 capacity in .38 - it's an open the box and go shoot open class gun. The holes are for a nice solid factory scope mount, and a compensator is an easy add-on. There's a guy selling red, blue, yellow, and maybe purple grips for it too, or there's a factory set of aluminum hand fillers.
It even comes in about the neatest box you ever saw.
