How can I make my CZ safety more stiff?

I have CZ 75B and the safety comes off fairly easily. How can I make it more stiff?

The safety on my 75B is the same way, but I don't carry it cocked and locked. I lower the hammer on a loaded chamber and use the DA for the first round. I would carry it in Condition One if the safety were more positive and operated like a 1911.

The CZ safeties can be corrected by sending the gun in to CZ USA, or your gunsmith can do it by installing a stronger spring.

In the similar EAA Witness, the safety lobe area in the frame can be deepened slightly to give more "snap", but I'm not sure how the newer CZ's are set up.

To be safe, send it in to CZ.

I emailed CZ USA about it. I live about an hour away from then so I could just drop the pistol of to them instead of shipping if need be.

I've had mine apart. With the right stone or file I'd feel comfortably making it a more positive engagement but there is only so much you can do. A stiffer spring would be easiest but any method would still require removal of the ejector/sear block.
