How close a copy is the FEG PMK .380 to the Walther PPK?

I've got an FEG PMK .380 and am wondering if Walther PPK grip panels would fit it. The panels on it now have a thumb ridge, and I really don't like it. Further, I'd really like to put some fine wood panels on it.
